Hi function

  DECLARATION:  Hi(x)

      PURPOSE:  Returns the high-order byte of argument

         UNIT:  System

  RESULT TYPE:  Byte

      REMARKS:  Where x is an expression of type integer or word, Hi will
                return the high-order byte of of x as an unsigned value.
